Legal Architecture
This document defines the structural parameters of our partnership. It governs the rights, responsibilities, and technical obligations of both TrafficBets Agency and the Client.
01 // Service Level Agreement (SLA)
By engaging TrafficBets Agency ('The Engineer'), the Client agrees to the terms herein. We guarantee a 99.9% uptime on all deployed infrastructure (Web/App).
Technical support response times are governed by your selected Protocol Tier: Alpha (48h), Beta (12h), Omega (Priority 24/7). Failure to meet these benchmarks results in service credits applied to the next billing cycle.
02 // Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, all custom code, design assets, and marketing collateral engineered specifically for the Client become the sole property of the Client.
TrafficBets retains the rights to pre-existing libraries, proprietary optimization algorithms, and internal frameworks ('Core Engine') used to build the Client's solution. The Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use this Core Engine.
03 // Payment & Liquidity
Services are billed on a prepaid retainer basis or project milestone basis. All invoices are due upon receipt.
We accept Crypto (USDT/BTC), Wire Transfer, and major Credit Cards. Late payments exceeding 7 days may result in a temporary suspension of active media buying campaigns and development repositories.
04 // Liability & Indemnification
TrafficBets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from third-party platform changes (e.g., Google Algorithm Updates, Facebook Ad Policy shifts).
We engineer robust systems, but the Client assumes responsibility for the compliance of their specific industry vertical (e.g., iGaming, Fintech) with local laws.
05 // Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this architecture shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of our Headquarters (Belarus).
Before arbitration, both parties agree to a 30-day good faith negotiation period to resolve technical or financial discrepancies.
06 // Termination of Protocol
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
TrafficBets reserves the right to immediately terminate service if the Client is found to be hosting illegal content or malicious software.
